At Oh My Socks, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, our 14-day return policy has you covered.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

📬 How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@ohmysocks.shop.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately at support@ohmysocks.shop if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Need a different size or style?
The fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
